It is Whitehall, Ohio from 12 miles out in space. The picture was taken sometime in the early 1990's. You can see the Depot...errrr...DSCC, in the upper left-hand corner, with 5th Avenue going from left to right just below the Depot. I believe that is I-70 at the bottom of the picture, and Main street going from left to right near the center.
