Band.
Who: Anyone who was been associated with a Whitehall band , Ramettes, Cheerleaders, Flag Corps, Twirlers, Majorettes or Drum Majors, and has a body temperature greater than 90 degrees (and we'll probably waive the body temperature requirement).

Alumni Band: Jeff
Harriman, the WYHS Band Director, would like to have at least 200
alumni huff and puff (actually, he said "play") at Homecoming this year. Bring your horn, your classmates, your friends, and family - and join
the fun. If you don't have a horn any more, scroll on down to the contact info and let us know - we'll see what we can do. And no, former Ramettes don't have to bring a horn (oxygen tanks are optional), though we understand several did carry horns and march with the band last year.
The alumni band schedule should be similar to last year's - come to optional evening practices on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. March in the Homecoming Parade on Wednesday. On Friday, March pre-game. March half-time. Visit with friends and classmates before and afterwards.
You'll have a great time!

Kickoff for the Homecoming Game is normally at 7:30.
Note: All
rehearsals are optional. Tons of fun, but optional. The only absolute requirement is that you need to be lined up and ready to march 15 to 60 seconds before the Alumni Band hits the field.

Alumni Cheerleaders
Alumni Cheerleaders typically practice from 6 PM until
7 PM on Thursday. Please
contact the Cheerleader Advisor, Mrs. Renee (Keaton) Lucas

back of the school building, and it will be a VERY informal
affair.

Post Game Get-together
The game should finish sometime between 9:30 and 10:30 Friday night. The Alumni Band traditionally goes to the Donatos Pizza on Hamilton Road ( just south of Main Street) after the game. All alumni (including Ramettes, flag corps, twirlers, majorettes and drum majors), whether they are attending homecoming or not, are invited to join us.

Where: Everything starts at the WYHS Band Room.
Wear: For the Homecoming Parade and for the Homecoming Game, former band members should please wear a white shirt, sweatshirt, or sweater with dark pants. We'll post details on apparel for Ramettes as soon as we get it.
