Reunion Booklet Questionnaire
Tana (Torrr) Owens is putting together a Reunion Booklet for the reunion. It'll be filled with stuff like our names, contact info, reminiscing, memories, and current info on our classmates. In order to get the "current info on our classmates," we've put together a questionnaire that everyone in our class should complete and send in.
We have two versions of the questionnaire. The first is one you can complete online. It has a few more questions than the printed version, and a lot more room for your info. The second version is one you can print, complete, and mail. We'd prefer that you completed the online version so that we don't have to re-type your info.
We also have a Reunion Booklet Ad Order Form. To help cover the cost of printing the Reunion Booklet (and maybe put a few bucks in the savings account to use for deposits and oxygen rental at our 35 year reunion), we're going to be selling ads in the Reunion Booklet.
Golf Outing Registration
The standard Reunion Registration Form gives you a place to register for the golf outing. If you registered for the Golf Outing when you completed the Reunion Registration Form, you don't have to register again. If you didn't originally sign up for the Golf Outing and now want to attend, here are two ways to register. Remember, the deadline for Ed Howard to receive your Golf Outing Registration and payment is Saturday, July 21, 2001.
Friday Night Warm-Up Party Pre-Registration
The standard Reunion Registration Form gives you a place to pre-register for the Friday Night Warm-up Party at the Shark Club. You do NOT have to pre-register for the Friday night party - you can just show up on August 3rd and pay the $5 cover charge at the door.
Payment Options
Your registration for any of the reunion activities isn't complete until the Reunion Committee has deposited your payment(s) in the bank. If you did the online registration, you were given the opportunity to pay online with a credit card. If you've sent in a check or money order, or if you've already paid online, you're all set. If you haven't paid yet and want to pay online,
or you can mail your payment to WYHS Class of 71; c/o Robin Lucas; 8297 Priestly Rd; Reynoldsburg OH 43068. Please make your checks or money orders payable to "WYHS71."
