2002 Homecoming Week

Homecoming! - Friday, 10/4/02

 

Two hours before kickoff... it was a dark and stormy night, and traffic was so bad you just couldn't get to Whitehall from here. Or there. Or anywhere.

Help the Kids: Band Camp now runs $250 per student. The Alumni Band is collecting money for a Band Camp scholarship fund. You can help the kids in the Ram Band attend Band Camp next year by making a donation to the Alumni Band Fund. Donations can be made by anyone interested in helping the kids.

Donate By Check: Please make your check payable to "W.I.M.B.A." (Whitehall Instrumental Music Boosters Association), put "Alumni Band Fund" in the memo field, and mail it to Jeff Harriman; WYHS; 675 S. Yearling Road; Whitehall OH 43213.

This alumni stuff is a heck of a lot more fun if a bunch of people are involved. Maybe our motto should be "The more the merrier!"

I distribute an electronic newsletter via Email - usually about once a month. The newsletter contains a bit of info about what's going on in Whitehall and as much Alumni-related info as I can find.

The wyhs.org / wyhsRams.com web site is a private web site. I've got no affiliation with the Whitehall City Schools or any other "official" organization in Whitehall. Information published on the site is gathered from various sources, and since this is a hobby for me, there's a real good chance you're going to find some mistakes here and there. All information is presented "as is" - if you're looking for perfection, you're going to be disappointed in here. If you find an error or an omission, please let me know and I'll try to get it fixed as soon as I get a chance.
