2002 Homecoming Week

They just stopped by to visit and say "hi."
Joyce played the cornet and Lu Ann played the clarinet.
Sure was nice to see them, but it would have been even nicer
if they'd come and played! Next year I'll have to twist
their arms a little harder.

Help the Kids: Band Camp now runs $250
per student. The Alumni Band is collecting money for a Band
Camp scholarship fund. You can help the kids in the Ram
Band attend Band Camp next year by making a donation to
the Alumni Band Fund. Donations can be made by anyone interested
in helping the kids.
Donate By Check: Please make your check
payable to "W.I.M.B.A." (Whitehall Instrumental
Music Boosters Association), put "Alumni Band Fund"
in the memo field, and mail it to Jeff Harriman; WYHS; 675
S. Yearling Road; Whitehall OH 43213.

Lu Ann asked me how I was going to march and take
pictures at the same time. The tricky part isn't marching and
taking pictures at the same time - the tricky part is marching,
playing my saxophone and taking pictures all at the same time.
This is one of those "self-portrait" pictures. One
of us was holding the camera.

This alumni stuff is a heck of a lot more fun if a bunch of people
are involved. Maybe our motto should be "The more the merrier!"
I distribute an electronic newsletter via Email - usually about
once a month. The newsletter contains a bit of info about what's
going on in Whitehall and as much Alumni-related info as I can find.
